Our 9-month Trainee Legal Assistant Program provides you with:
  • On-the-job training and development, with rotations through 3 different legal teams so you can experience what it’s like to work in different areas of the firm.
  • A comprehensive orientation and learning program.
  • A dedicated buddy/coach within each of your 3 rotations who will teach and guide you when undertaking tasks and offer advice along the way.
  • A dedicated Team Leader who will support and coach you through your entire program and beyond.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in a permanent Legal Assistant role within one of our legal teams.




Key Selection Criteria
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate and provide evidence of:
  • Current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment.
  • Current Working with Children (WWC) Check
  • Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Advanced Diploma of Business (Legal Practice) or equivalent qualification. (Or applicable administration work experience)
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and follow directions
