Our scope of works covers inspections and routine maintenance, emergency response, hazard and defect rectification, planned works, data collection and management, and program management services for state roads and structures such as bridges, major culverts, major sign structures, noise barriers and retaining walls. Qualifications/Experience: Depending on the role, you will…
Have experience in capital works project planning and delivery in a road maintenance or civil works environment.
Have experience in a road maintenance or civil works environment.
Be a committed team player who drives for service excellence and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of work methodologies for road maintenance operations, including safety, traffic management, access, permit and licensing requirements.
Exceptional time-management skills and attention to detail in document control and data management
Sound understanding of asset management principles, underpinned by experience using work management information systems, GIS-based systems, planning and scheduling tools, and Office 365 applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, evidenced by productive working relationships with colleagues and delivery partners
A relentless focus on workforce, road user and community safety in your approach to all tasks
Current Victorian driver’s license is mandatory.
