Position Description Customer Care Consultant As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be the person who helps our customers, predominantly relating to billing enquiries, by phone, email, web message, and SMS. No sales targets, just good old-fashioned customer service.
Location: 4 weeks of onsite training (in Mitcham) provided with the ability to work from home with no mandated minimum days in the office once training is completed Type: No weekend or public holiday work. Shifts Monday to Friday rostered between 8 am-6 pm on a rotational basis. Salary: Starting salary is $55,031.35 + 12% super

Start Date: Your journey starts on Monday, 10 March 2026, with a comprehensive 4-week on-site training program at our head office in Mitcham. Work from home flexibility will be offered after training. Our Customer Care team operate from 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday. The standard working hours are up to 7.6 hours per shift, which will be rostered on a rotational basis.
