Key Responsibilities
Assist with basic road and roadside maintenance tasks under supervision
Support rapid response teams during incidents and emergencies
Help with routine servicing and minor repairs of pavements, signage, and roadside assets
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Participate in daily pre-start and end-of-shift meeting
Learn to use tools and equipment safely and correctly
Record simple data and observations as directed
About You
Enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
A team player with a positive attitude
Good communication and listening skills
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
Basic digital literacy (e.g., using a smartphone or tablet)
No prior experience required – just willingness to learn!
Desirable (but not essential)
Driver licence (or working towards one)
Interest in civil construction or road maintenance
White Card (Construction Induction)
Any exposure to tools, machinery, or outdoor work
