About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to coordinate maintenance and repair works across a water distribution network. This role is responsible for supervising field crews and contractors while ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with client expectations and service standards.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise maintenance field crews.
Conduct site inspections and field audits.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements.
Support workforce training and competency development.
Liaise with public authorities and key stakeholders.
Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
Coordinate materials, equipment and workforce resources.
Monitor KPI performance and service delivery outcomes.
Review and approve workforce timesheets.
Provide technical support and field leadership.
About You
You are a practical and proactive supervisor with experience leading operational teams within utilities, civil infrastructure, maintenance or construction environments.
