About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to coordinate maintenance and repair works across a water distribution network. This role is responsible for supervising field crews and contractors while ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with client expectations and service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance field crews.
  • Conduct site inspections and field audits.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements.
  • Support workforce training and competency development.
  • Liaise with public authorities and key stakeholders.
  • Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate materials, equipment and workforce resources.
  • Monitor KPI performance and service delivery outcomes.
  • Review and approve workforce timesheets.

About You

You are a practical and proactive supervisor with experience leading operational teams within utilities, civil infrastructure, maintenance or construction environments.
 

Requirements

  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety.
  • Experience coordinating contractors and operational resources.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
  • Water, utilities or civil infrastructure experience highly regarded.
