About the Role
The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for delivering maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services across air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
This role may be site-based or mobile and requires a high level of autonomy, with the ability to manage day-to-day tasks while maintaining strong client relationships and service standards.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose faults and carry out service and repair work on HVAC systems
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and breakdown support
  • Manage job priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Attend call-outs as required
  • Prepare estimates, quotes, and support minor project works
  • Identify opportunities for additional works and contribute to business growth
  • Ensure accurate reporting, timesheets, and job allocation records
  • Operate company vehicles safely and travel between sites as required
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC systems and emerging technologies
  • Follow all workplace policies, procedures, and safety requirements

About You
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an HVAC Service or Install Technician
  • Relevant trade qualification
  • Restricted electrical licence
  • ARCTICK licence and RAC01 Refrigerant Handling Licence
  • Current driver’s licence
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Working at heights and confined spaces (preferred)
