We are seeking a passionate and motivated Career Advisor to join our dynamic team working across, Narre Warren, Cranbourne and Pakenham sites, this full-time position plays a key role in supporting participants to achieve lasting employment outcomes.

About the Role
You will work closely with employers and participants to create life-changing opportunities. You’ll identify, develop, and maintain strong employer relationships, helping match candidates to meaningful, inclusive roles that lead to sustainable employment outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Identify and address participants vocational and non-vocational barriers to employment and career objectives
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to generate new employment opportunities
  • Provide employers with recruitment advice and workforce solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to effectively job match participants to vacancies
  • Support participants in developing employability skills, including communication, time management, resume writing and interview techniques
  • Delivering ongoing post-placement support, including workplace mentoring and training coordination
  • Building relationships with community organisations and stakeholders
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with IEA program standards
