Job Description The Project Coordinator contributes to the profitability and growth of the organisation by providing project coordination and administrative support across the regional Unify Services project. The role is responsible for ensuring adherence to processes, timely communication, accurate documentation and effective coordination between internal teams, field supervisors, subcontractors, and clients. A strong focus is placed on completion activities, invoicing readiness, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities to ensure compliance with organisational processes and statutory requirements.
Distribute project documentation and information to internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with Field Supervisors, Field Service Managers and field operatives to support timely service delivery.
Communicate updates and completion information to clients via databases and email.
Receive, dispatch and monitor work orders and field completion deadlines.
Review survey submissions and completed work tickets to ensure compliance with artefact, design and closure requirements.
Resolve subcontractor and client queries in collaboration with Supervisors.
Identify discrepancies in completed work orders and support resolution.
Complete required project reporting in a timely manner
Analyse data and processes to identify issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
Undertake general administrative and project support tasks as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in project coordination, administration, or operations support.
Strong understanding of workflow management and compliance requirements
Experience working with field teams and subcontractors.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
