Job Description and Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

  • Deliver Telco technology and continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Create and maintain consolidated portfolio reporting across projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor progress against milestones, budgets and benefits.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, escalating risks as required.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify improvement opportunities, emerging technologies and innovative ideas.
  • Analyse existing processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend enhancements.
  • Scope and document initiatives and business ideas
  • Lead or contribute to innovation work groups and forums.
  • Prioritise and manage continuous improvement requests in collaboration with technology teams.

Systems Enablement

  • Review and document systems used across the Telco business.
  • Contribute to system strategy and future-state planning.
  • Engage with system vendors as required.
  • Ensure standardised digital processes, templates and tools.
  • Act as a system conduit between business teams and shared services.
  • Complete system updates and administration as required.
  • Educate the business on system capabilities and usage.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Represent the Technology & Continuous Improvement team in cross-functional forums.
  • Drive adoption of improvements and embed outcomes into business-as-usual.
  • Support capability uplift through training, coaching and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience delivering continuous improvement initiatives from concept to implementation.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement across diverse business areas
  • Experience preparing and delivering professional presentations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and business requirements documentation skills
  • Data literacy with the ability to interpret and analyse performance data.
  • Desirable: Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP or CCBA)
  • Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology or a related field
