Summary of Position The Administration position provides support to the Manager Corporate Services on all the, day to day administrative operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
To assist the Manager Corporate Services and in the day-to-day administrative operations of the Corporate Services (Fleet, Information and Technology and Building maintenance)
Maintain the database of Our fleet system, repairs, services records and assisting with supplier paperwork.
Maintenance of employee issued equipment – Laptop, fobs, access cards, keys, and mobile phones.
To assist the with Stationary orders, Supplier orders.
Maintain and update LogiQC registers by uploading program car servicing records and building maintenance inspection documentation.
To assist with any other ad hoc tasks.
Coordinate and manage building maintenance and facility services to ensure Our sites are safe, functional, and support service delivery
To participate in staff meetings and ongoing training.
To always act in a professional manner in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Co-operative.
Will be required to undertake any other administrative duties as directed by Manger Corporate Services
Key Selection Criteria Qualifications
A Certificate in Office Administration or a related discipline is essential
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, preferably advanced level Word and Excel knowledge.
Knowledge and skills
Life experience and knowledge of Aboriginal communities will be highly regarded.
